Normal life has resumed!!

Well done guys we have survived the first week back to normal!



I have to be honest, I have never suffered from January blues before. I normally love this time of year but this year I have found it hard!



I have been in and out of the studio over Christmas and New Year as well as working from home and I am also very fortunate to love my job, so its not from a work perspective but more from a “back to life” angle.



Its been so lovely not having to rush around and do 4+ drop offs and pick ups everyday. Its meant so much more time to spend together and doing things we love and then BAM someone has flicked a switch and everything is back to 100 miles an hour!



It has definitely taken a few days to get back into the swing of things anyway!



So everyone that has competed their first week of Dry January - WELL DONE!!



Everyone who has smashed their workouts this week - WELL DONE!!



KEEP ON SMASHING IT 😝💪



And to everyone who has muddled and stressed their way to the end of the week (like me) ALSO WELL DONE!!



No two weeks are the same, no two days are the same so if you haven’t managed to achieve all the things you wanted to this week…don’t worry there is another one right round the corner that is ready and waiting for you to put your stamp on it!
