Getting fitter and healthier doesn’t need to be a daunting task.
You don’t need to buy loads of expensive equipment, you don’t need to empty your fridge and buy everything organic (organic is great though if you can!), you don’t even need to join a gym!
If your starting out or even if you just want to add on to what you already do then why not try adding small habits into your daily routine?
* Park at the back of the car park at work or the supermarket
* Do squats / counter top press ups while you are boiling the kettle
* Go for a walk in the fresh air
* Reduce the amount of processed food you eat
* Drink more water
Little things over a period of time make a big difference. Being consistent is key and making small achievable changes can be a great way to maintain good habits. You’ll probably find that you want to add more in as time goes on!
Creating healthy habits is an easy and sustainable way to get yourself healthier - and stay healthier 😊
