TRAINING TECHNIQUE

Perfect for anyone who is new to weight/resistance training!

Never picked up a set of dumbbells before? This course is for you!

Go to the gym/classes but aren't sur if you're doing it right? This course is for you!

Join me for 4 weeks of progressive sessions to build your confidence, knowledge of your body and get your weight training journey started.

​

Resistance and strength training are so important for our bodies to help keep us healthy and strong through all stages of live. Both on the outside and on the inside!

I have designed this course for anyone who wants to learn the most effective and safe ways to use weights (and body weight) exercises to strengthen their bodies.

NEW YEAR BOOTCAMP

Join me to kick-start after the New Year with my hard-hitting, energetic classes combining strength. cardio and HIIT training!

 

This 3 week course is designed to work your full body!

 

Alongside the classes, you get full access to my app, HT Fitness Online so you can use the nutrition tools, do extra workouts and track your progress over the 3 weeks too!

My Story

My name is Hannah and I founded HT Fitness in 2014 with the aim of providing a fun, comfortable environment for people of all fitness levels and abilities. Although it’s form has changed over the years, the passion and ethos remain the same.
My light, airy studio in Ripponden provides a variety of Personal Training sessions and Classes in an environment where you will feel confident to thrive. 

My drive for making fitness accessible for everyone has lead me to launching HT Online Studio, an app that means you don't just need to be in the studio to enjoy and make the most of HT.

Classes

Body Conditioning

A mixture of weights, body weight and cardio exercises make this class a little bit of everything. A great full body workout!

High energy and lots of fun with exercises that are adaptable to different abilities.

Yogalates

A mixture of Yoga, Pilates, Dance and Tai Chi inspired exercises designed to strengthen and increase flexibility.
This 45min class uses body weight exercises to strengthen and tone also incorporating deep core work.

Sports Massage

I love that I am now able to offer Sports Massage Therapy on top of my Personal Training sessions and classes, both in the studio or coming to you!

The benefits of massage are so many, not just if you are injured or experiencing discomfort but to keep your muscles healthy!

It's so good for your body to release tension and stress, flush out toxins, promote healing of tissues and improve the overall health of your muscles.

You also don't need to be an athlete to benefit from this!!!
Massage is good for EVERYONE! No matter how active or inactive you are, whether you exercise or not.
